About the Role
This role focuses on managing complex technology solutions to support strategic objectives, working with various teams and stakeholders to drive modernization and operational improvement while managing risk and ensuring business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver projects in line with company/department strategy, collaborating with IT Production Heads, Team Managers, other Project Managers, and stakeholders.
- Manage project plans and ensure appropriate change management.
- Track resource utilization and forecasts accurately.
- Build and maintain high-quality stakeholder relationships to ensure project delivery support.
- Provide timely management information, including project status reports, financial tracking, and resource planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to full acceptance.
- Experience in an IT/technology/data center environment.
- Knowledge of traditional and agile project management processes and techniques.
- Experience with Atlassian tooling.
- Strong technical stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to self-start and self-manage.
- Ability to detect and resolve issues through effective collaboration.
