Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for design, approval, and execution planning.

- Coordinating with clients, specialist planners, authorities, and executing companies.
- Overseeing construction and controlling deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Developing creative, technically sound, and economical solutions.
Requirements
- A completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Thinking beyond one's own scope.
- Working independently and in a structured manner.
- Seeking solutions rather than focusing on responsibilities.
- Interacting effectively with people and plans.
- Demonstrating initiative, team spirit, and curiosity.
- Familiarity with CAD and planning software, or the willingness to learn.
- Willingness to take responsibility, contribute, and develop professionally.
