About the Role
MOTOR Ai is dedicated to making Level 4 autonomous driving a reality. We combine state-of-the-art AI with a multidisciplinary team to introduce the first certified autonomous driving solution in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and structure the corporate network, including hardware and software.
- Monitor, maintain, and support the network infrastructure for high availability.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect the network.
- Monitor system performance and network integrity, identifying potential issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Analyze and resolve network issues, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Perform regular maintenance, patching, and system hygiene.
- Create and maintain documentation for network configurations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for certifications and compliance frameworks like NIS2 and ISO 27001.
Requirements
- Degree in IT/Computer Science, vocational training as a System Administrator, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of network technologies, architecture, and design.
- Hands-on experience with routing & switching and network monitoring tools.
- Experience integrating and implementing VLANs.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and regular maintenance/patching.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent English (C1) required; German (B2/C1) is a plus.
- First hands-on experience with UniFi devices is a plus.
- Stress-resistant, solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for building from scratch.
- Face-to-face collaboration is key; not a fully remote company.
