About the Role

Lead the improvement of the ProtoPie AI Assistant and the development of new AI features, including LLM-based features and AI agent services, with a focus on designing agent tools, APIs, and workflows. Build and refine evaluation pipelines to quantitatively measure AI feature quality and optimize architecture for quality, performance, and usability.

Responsibilities

Lead the improvement of the ProtoPie AI Assistant and the development of new AI features.
Develop LLM-based features and AI agent services, including designing agent tools, APIs, and workflows.
Build and improve evaluation pipelines to quantitatively measure AI feature quality.
Develop LLM and coding agents to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Design and optimize architecture considering quality, performance, and usability.
Provide technical direction and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

5+ years of web service development experience.
Experience applying LLM or generative AI to actual commercial product development or quality improvement, achieving measurable results (e.g., designing/launching AI-based features/agent tools, introducing coding agents/automation to improve development productivity or defect rates).
Experience designing and operating evaluation datasets, metrics, and automated pipelines (e.g., LLM-as-judge) to assess LLM outputs or AI feature quality.
Experience with Prompt Engineering, Context Management, LLM quality improvement, or cost optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for learning and problem-solving.
Experience with version control systems (GitHub) and CI/CD environments.
No disqualifications for international travel.
