About the Role
You will support business and product teams in their data analysis needs by implementing Machine Learning use cases. You will work closely with other members of the Group's Data teams and with the various business and product entities of the TRAX subsidiary.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of end-to-end projects, from data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to the production of robust and scalable Machine Learning models.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and business teams to define, design, and deploy analytical solutions that address strategic challenges.
- Develop and industrialize Machine Learning models, ensuring their monitoring, updating, and continuous improvement in production.
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of the Group's Data community.
- Personalized recommendation of content, channels, and applications for all users.
- Implementation of an A/B Testing system to evaluate the performance of our models in production.
- Creation of a tool to assist in the acquisition of new content.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science with industrialization of Machine Learning algorithms.
- Ability to build scalable algorithms on high volumes and low latency.
- Ability to produce robust code and implement solutions in a production environment (Python, SQL, Git).
- Experience or appetite for recommendation systems is a plus.
- Results-oriented, pragmatic, and agile.
- Ability to understand and translate complex business challenges into technical solutions.
- Team spirit and effective communication with peers and managers.
- An interest in the audiovisual and media sector is a plus.
