About the Role

As Chief of Staff (m/w/d), you will work closely with management, playing a key role in steering and developing the Eberhardt Service Group. You will bring structure to complex issues, create transparency, and ensure strategic decisions are consistently translated into action within the organization. You will be a sparring partner, idea generator, and implementation driver with a company-wide focus on performance, processes, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central communication and steering interface between management and executives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into concrete goals, projects, and measures in collaboration with management.
  • Steer and track company-wide initiatives, ensuring clear definition and adherence to responsibilities, KPIs, and deadlines.
  • Establish and moderate regular management and performance reviews with responsible executives.
  • Create transparency on the performance of various business units and prepare management reports, analyses, and decision-making bases.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, and develop concrete solutions with the departments.
  • Analyze existing processes and structures, driving their standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop structures and processes to remain efficient and scalable with growth.
  • Undertake selected strategic special projects from conception to implementation.
  • Act as a sparring partner to management, constructively questioning existing approaches and contributing a company-wide perspective to decisions.
  • Ensure decisions translate into concrete actions, and actions yield measurable results.

Requirements

  • Think entrepreneurially, quickly understand complex contexts, and take responsibility for results.
  • Completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Political Economy, Law, or a comparable field of study.
  • Several years of professional experience in a strategic or operational steering role, e.g., in Operations, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Project/Program Management, or as Chief of Staff.
  • Strong understanding of entrepreneurial contexts, processes, and operational value drivers.
  • Very good analytical skills and the ability to quickly structure complex issues and reduce them to the essential points.
  • Experience with KPIs, performance management, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills, especially in interactions with executives.
  • Ability to bring together different perspectives while consistently working towards decisions and results.
  • High degree of self-responsibility, pragmatism, and a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Proficient in Excel and data-driven analyses.
  • Experience in a dynamic growth environment is advantageous.
  • Experience in facility management or a comparable operational service industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
