About the Role
As a Technician, you will ensure all technical operations in both hotels run smoothly. You will support the technical team with maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks, actively contributing to the safety, efficiency, and quality of both establishments.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work in both hotels.
- Support preventive maintenance measures.
- Monitor technical systems and facilities.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with safety inspections and checks.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, building technology) or equivalent.
- Initial experience in building services or maintenance is advantageous.
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Reliability and sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork and flexibility.
- Good German language skills (at least B2 level).
- Valid work permit for Germany.
- Visa support is not currently possible.
