About the Role
Ayvens is seeking a Data Project Manager to implement data projects, often involving group subsidiaries and various departments, contributing to the digital transformation of the Data management organization. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful design, implementation, and adoption of data solutions, aligning business objectives with data strategy, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This position is key to the 'Eden' initiative, part of Ayvens’ data transformation program.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of data projects — from scoping and planning to execution, delivery, and post-implementation review.
- Coordinate with data engineers, data architects, security team, business stakeholders and any other required stakeholders, to define project requirements and priorities.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and manage risks.
- Communicate project status, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations.
- Facilitate governance and compliance activities (e.g., data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and data delivery practices.
Requirements
- A strong execution mindset and the ability to turn plans into delivered results.
- Experience dealing with complex stakeholder landscapes and managing competing priorities.
- The ability to identify risks early and address them at the right level proactively.
- Clear and concise communication, focused on facts and outcomes.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in multi cultural environment.
- Familiarity with SG Group policies is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
