About the Role
xHeron is seeking its first content and brand hire to work directly with the Founders. The mission is to be the creative force behind xHeron and build a scalable content engine. This role involves creating a content schedule, producing and editing creatives, publishing, and iterating based on performance, playing a critical role in the company's brand and market presence. There is significant potential for growth into leadership positions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full creative process across formats (video, written, social), from concept through production and posting, across founder-led and original content.
- Build a scalable publishing cadence, tools, and workflow.
- Track content performance, iterate on successful strategies, and discontinue ineffective ones.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to figure things out and create a path.
- Demonstrated creative range including writing, video shooting/editing, and graphic design.
- Proven experience growing an audience or a brand's organic presence.
- Possess good taste and a sense of humor.
- Native German speaker.
- Willingness to build content calendars and strategies.
- Interest in performing writing and editing tasks.
- Experience growing an audience or content channel from scratch.
- Interest in transitioning into a leadership role.
- Comfort with a dynamic work environment rather than a strict 9-to-5.
