About the Role
We are looking for individuals to drive the development and mass production of intermediate and back-end processes for new products, focusing on WET processes, integration, metal deposition, and lithography. This role is crucial for enhancing our SPS products, which are expected to see significant demand growth, particularly for AI servers, between 2025 and 2030. By strengthening in-house manufacturing capabilities for these intermediate processes, we aim to secure production capacity, shorten lead times, reduce manufacturing costs, and maximize performance through chiplet technology.
Responsibilities
- Drive WET process development for intermediate and back-end processes of new products.
- Provide technical support and reporting based on WET process development.
- Support the launch and mass production transition of manufacturing lines.
- Promote quality and yield improvement activities for products.
- Support technology development for new materials and methods related to WET processes.
- Support cost reduction activities for existing WET processes.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor WET process technology development or mass production.
- Experience in the development or evaluation of WET process-related materials.
- Experience in the development or evaluation of WET process-related equipment.
- Technical degree (Mechanical, Materials, Electronics, Chemistry, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of power devices.
- Knowledge of reliability testing evaluation.
- Practical experience in process improvement and quality control.
- Experience with quality standards such as ISO/IATF.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor integration development after metallization.
- Basic knowledge of power devices.
