About the Role
As an Account Manager within Nasdaq's Corporate Solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving client retention and growth across a portfolio of leading European companies. You'll be the primary relationship owner for a defined book of clients, helping them get maximum value from Nasdaq's Investor Relations intelligence platform.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on retention, upsell, and long-term relationship development across Nasdaq's Investor Relations solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including Investor Relations leads and C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Proactively identify client needs, usage gaps, and at-risk accounts — escalating where needed and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless, joined-up client experience across all touchpoints.
- Represent Nasdaq in client meetings, presentations, and market engagements, clearly articulating our value proposition in the European market context.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or a client-facing role within financial markets, fintech, or a related sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow senior-level relationships in a consultative, solution-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of European market structures and the ability to translate that into client value.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills — written and verbal — with the confidence to engage and influence at senior levels.
