About the Role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Maintenance Team.
Responsibilities
- Create and operate a viable and effective preventative maintenance program for the whole site, including the building shell and surrounding grounds.
- Ensure all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
- Guarantee all maintenance activities are carried out safely and securely, and in line with company policies and procedures and current health and safety legislation.
- Monitor the basic fixtures and fittings of the building to ensure they are maintained to the highest standards of order and tidiness at all times.
- Adhere to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site, keeping up-to-date & accurate records.
- Directly manage the club Maintenance Engineer and organize work rotations and individual assignments.
- Manage the monthly budget for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the Club in collaboration with the General Manager and Operation Manager.
- Act as the point of contact for all external technicians and companies.
- Fulfill Duty Shifts when required, taking responsibility and accountability during the shift, controlling staffing and facility issues throughout the club.
Requirements
- A technical Level 2 qualification of City & Guilds equivalent or higher.
- 5 years' experience within a relevant sector.

Salary/Compensations
- £42,432—£45,968 GBP
