About the Role

Adobe Digital Insights (ADI) is seeking a Data Scientist to support its digital economy work. This role involves querying and developing large datasets into trusted insights, building key digital economy metrics and reports, and providing analytical horsepower across various ADI topics. It's a full-stack position requiring collaboration with engineering, analysts, architects, product managers, and leadership, aiming to embed LLM-powered agents across the insights lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own work across the entire stack, from raw data and processing to analysis and downstream data products.
  • Query, prioritize, and mine large structured and unstructured datasets to produce accurate insights.
  • Build and maintain recurring analyses, metrics, and indices for digital economy reporting.
  • Support various ADI topics, including creativity trends, document efficiency, traffic analysis, and product insights.
  • Translate analysis into clear narratives and visualizations for non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep dives and answer time-sensitive questions.
  • Utilize AI tools and agents to accelerate exploration, analysis, and drafting while ensuring quality.
  • Partner with engineering to define data requirements and improve data pipelines and datasets.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, mathematics, data science, or similar).
  • 4–6 years of experience turning data into insight in an analytical, data science, or research role.
  • Strong data-analyst and insights skills using SQL and Python for business questions.
  • Proficient in using AI and agentic tools to accelerate exploration, analysis, and drafting.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks or a comparable large-scale data platform.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including hypothesis testing and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Ability to explain complex findings simply through writing and visuals.
  • Curiosity, care, and self-direction in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative skills across teams and levels.
