About the Role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee the operational delivery of facilities services across a national portfolio of office premises for a leading Australian health and wellbeing organization. This senior, client-facing role will suit an experienced facilities professional with strong operational, commercial and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational delivery of facilities services across a national portfolio of office premises.
  • Manage contractor performance.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting.
  • Respond effectively to operational issues.

Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of property operations, hard and soft services, maintenance and contractor management.
  • Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial reporting and commercial performance.
  • Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety, risk, compliance and governance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational issues.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and service expectations.
  • Strong planning, organization, communication and business-writing skills.
  • Confidence working with facilities management systems, asset data and performance reporting.
  • A technical or onsite management background would be advantageous but is not essential.
