Requirements

3+ years of project, program, portfolio, or functional management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical R&D.
Experience with global projects, risk management, KPIs, and complex stakeholder environments.
Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong English communication skills.
