About the Role
Seeking an experienced Network Engineer - Exchange Site Transformation to support enterprise messaging transformation and modernization initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting Exchange infrastructure transformation projects, including data center migrations, site consolidations, Exchange upgrades, hybrid deployments, and cloud migration programs. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Active Directory, mail flow architecture, high-availability solutions, and messaging security technologies. The engineer will work closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and business teams to ensure seamless migration of messaging services while minimizing business disruption and maintaining service availability.

- Hands-on expertise with hybrid environments
- Proven experience in mailbox migrations
- Proven experience in site consolidations
- Proven experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations
