Responsibilities
- Strategic asset management oversight
- Develop and execute leasing strategies and CAPEX plans
- Formulate operating policies based on market trends
- Maximize property performance through collaboration with PM companies
- Investor and financial institution relations
- Visualize and explain investment status through AM reports
- Manage approval processes for various decisions
- Negotiate and coordinate with stakeholders
- Oversee outsourced SPC accounting and tax management
- Manage covenant compliance for loan agreements
- Maintain risk management and sound financial operations
- Conduct due diligence for new entrusted projects
- Oversee closing operations
- Participate in new business development activities
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in real estate asset management
- Experience in formulating and executing asset management strategies from an investor's perspective
- Ability to manage projects utilizing financial and legal knowledge
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills with stakeholders
- Desire to lead a team and develop junior members
