About the Role
The Project Management Support Specialist plays a key role in enabling Tenstorrent's Japan-based engineering organization to stay focused on technical innovation by handling operational, administrative, and customer-facing program tasks. This is a highly collaborative role interfacing with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

- Strong understanding of business operations or finance within the Japanese region.
- Experience supporting R&D or government-funded projects (preferred).
- Fluent Japanese communication skills.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across teams and disciplines.
- Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
