About the Role
Cartrack is seeking a passionate, adaptable, and innovative individual to join their team. This role involves identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs to both internal staff and external clients, and ensuring the effectiveness of all training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify internal and external training needs, develop training programs, assess understanding, and conduct refresher sessions.
- Design and execute quality training for external clients in Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Conduct training sessions in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Provide weekly classroom and onsite/online training to external clients.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to identify further training needs.
- Gather customer feedback and propose solutions for identified gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and modify materials and processes accordingly.
- Assist in creating and updating Product User Guides in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Conduct internal product training sessions for onboarding staff globally.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a learning and development and/or training role.
- Passionate and engaging communication skills.
- Confident in conducting stand-up presentations.
