About the Role
As a construction PM, you will guide general contractors and maximize profits on behalf of the client. You will be in charge of factory and research facility projects. With a constant pipeline of projects, you will have the opportunity to take on challenges in various fields. Business trips of 3-4 days per week are also negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Project planning and performance management using KPIs
- Guidance and management of general contractors and architectural firms
- Resource procurement, and planning and continuous management of Quality, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams
