About the Role
The ICT Benefits Analyst role supports and drives the monitoring and evaluation of benefits related activities within the Technology and Communication Services command's Project Management Office. This position analyzes and communicates findings to key stakeholders, contributing to informed investment decisions and the realization of intended benefits for front-line officers and the community.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive the monitoring and evaluation of benefits related activities.
- Build capability within the team.
- Analyze and communicate composite findings to key stakeholders on the project.
- Contribute to the development of robust business cases.
- Contribute to the effective management of benefits.
Requirements
- At least five years’ experience as a Business or Benefits Analyst.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Demonstrated capability in business process identification, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
- Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
- Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
