About the Role
This role focuses on the characteristic evaluation of cutting-edge System-on-Chips (SoCs) for automotive applications. You will be responsible for defining test functions, developing evaluation specifications, and planning and executing evaluations. This position offers the opportunity to acquire advanced test development skills using LSI testers and evaluation/verification techniques for the latest 3nm process, growing into a key member supporting next-generation SoC development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute characteristic evaluation specifications for automotive SoC products.
- Define product test function specifications for characteristic evaluation using LSI testers (ATE).
- Define characteristic evaluation specifications using LSI testers (ATE).
- Execute characteristic evaluations based on evaluation specifications and assess measurement results.
- Formulate product production test specifications based on evaluation results.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of digital circuits and understanding of the electrical characteristics of semiconductor devices.
- Basic understanding of the operating principles of LSI tester (ATE) equipment and experience in designing test specifications/conditions.
- Experience with basic measurement equipment specifications (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.).
- Business-level Japanese communication skills.
