About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Pega SME (Production Support) to join our team, focusing on Pega PRPC Production Support and ensuring the smooth operation of Pega environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Pega nodes, clusters, and application lifecycles (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
- Package application rules (RAP/Product Rules) and manage deployments using pipelines like Pega Deployment Manager or Jenkins.
- Monitor system health using tools like Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), Splunk, and Grafana; optimize JVM heap, thread pools, and queue processors.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for App issues and indexing problems, and database bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Experience in Pega PRPC Production Support.
- Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, MSSQL) and Linux/Windows administration.
- 10+ years of Pega experience.
- 5+ years of production support experience.
- 5+ years of Pega admin experience.
