About the Role
The marketing assistant supports operations groups and project managers in securing new work by participating in all stages of the pursuit process, from strategy development to proposal preparation and client presentations within a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations to determine the best strategy for responding to RFQs/RFPs.
- Develop relevant proposal materials, including firm profiles, resumes, and project sheets.
- Edit content for quality, accuracy, and readability.
- Transform text-heavy narratives into visual/graphical responses.
- Prepare teams for client presentations.
- Perform market research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and company opportunity management software.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Sporadic travel is required, generally 1-3 days at a time.
