About the Role

Lead the day-to-day product management of the Learning & Skills portfolio by translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlog priorities, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

Translate product strategy into roadmap and release plans.
Own and manage the overall product backlog.
Drive alignment across domains and stakeholders.
Refine requirements and ensure readiness for delivery.
Provide clarity on requirements and priorities to vendor teams.
Manage cross-domain dependencies and trade-offs.
Monitor product performance and stakeholder feedback.
Support governance and reporting processes.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder requirements.
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and prioritization skills.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or iterative product delivery methodologies.
Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education technology, or related domains will be an advantage.

Experience Level

At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise application delivery or related fields.

Education Level

Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
