About the Role
The Digital Delivery Leader drives end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs for strategic clients across Australia, owning delivery governance, client satisfaction, financial performance, resource management, risk control, and delivery-led growth.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital programs and managed services engagements.
- Ensure delivery excellence across Application Development, Cloud, Data, AI, Integration, and Digital Experience programs.
- Drive program governance, quality assurance, risk management, and operational performance.
- Lead multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams across Australia and offshore locations.
- Act as the senior trusted advisor for client executives.
- Lead Steering Committee and Executive Governance meetings.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and business outcomes.
- Drive customer satisfaction and relationship growth.
- Own portfolio P&L, revenue, margin, and forecasting.
- Drive productivity improvements and cost optimization.
- Monitor commercial obligations, contracts, SOWs, and change requests.
- Lead delivery managers, project managers, architects, and engineering teams.
- Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.
- Build high-performing teams focused on delivery excellence.
- Lead adoption of Cloud, Data, AI/GenAI, Automation, and Modern Engineering practices.
- Partner with clients to define transformation roadmaps and business value realization.
- Promote innovation and delivery-led sales opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, privacy, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- 15+ years in IT Services, Digital Transformation, Application Development, Cloud, Data, and Delivery Management.
- Financial Services domain expertise
- Experience working in a global, matrix, onshore & offshore delivery model
