About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 6-month contract to manage end-to-end hiring. This role involves filling live positions, building talent pipelines, and establishing hiring infrastructure. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and can quickly make an impact, working closely with sourcing and executive strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Running full recruitment cycles
  • Owning requisitions end to end: intake, role scoping, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
  • Managing a live req load of roles across GTM, Engineering, Product, and G&A
  • Keeping hiring managers accountable to timelines, feedback loops, and a consistent process
  • Directly sourcing candidates through outbound efforts, referrals, communities, and networks
  • Building and warming talent pipelines for future roles
  • Writing outreach messages and representing the company story to senior candidates
  • Mapping target markets and competitor talent for priority functions
  • Gathering data on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and seniority bands
  • Providing recommendations to the executive team on hiring strategy and role scoping
  • Partnering with the executive team on hiring priorities, sequencing, and headcount trade-offs
  • Improving hiring fundamentals such as scorecards, structured interview frameworks, and hiring manager training
  • Enhancing candidate experience across the funnel
  • Documenting processes, building live pipelines, and ensuring clean data for handover

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition
  • Solid in-house experience
  • Agency background is welcome, but experience recruiting within a business is essential
  • Strong, current sourcing skills
  • Experience building pipelines from scratch in a competitive market
  • Experience hiring across engineering, product, data, and commercial roles, including senior and leadership hires
  • Credibility with executives, ability to push back on role scoping, and handle commercially sensitive conversations
  • Track record of improving hiring processes, not just filling roles
  • Confidence with an ATS and reporting on hiring metrics
  • Ability to be productive in the first week with minimal ramp-up
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS is a plus
  • Prior interim work with clean handover experience is a plus
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback
  • Passion for solving complex problems and driving impact
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
