About the Role
This role supports the Tax Quality and Risk Management (TQRM) team in executing initiatives across RSM Canada, focusing on policy adherence, risk management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the Annual Tax Inspections process as mandated by RSM International.
- Regularly execute and report on ad hoc Risk and Compliance projects.
- Develop and update the annual control plan for compliance with Tax policies.
- Assist in developing TQRM training materials.
- Actively participate in TQRM team meetings.
Requirements
- Accounting or Project Management background.
- Previous experience in professional services or Risk Management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree expected shortly – Accounting degree preferred.
