About the Role
We are building the operational foundation for one of Salesforce’s fastest-growing, highest-visibility businesses. The right person is a strong business operator who can run the operating rhythm and get underneath the numbers. This high-visibility role will let you leverage your analytical rigor in front of senior AI Labs stakeholders.

- Program manage complex operational initiatives, acting as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams to track milestones and ensure flawless end-to-end execution.
- Lead forward-planning and scenario modeling, anticipating future capacity, resourcing, and budget needs.
- Build scalable reporting infrastructure and models that translate operational data into clear narratives, executive dashboards, and business reviews.
- Own the financial and operational mechanics, executing headcount plans, maintaining variance tracking, and creating the connective tissue between planning cycles.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, TPM, Data Management, and CSG to align planning inputs and resolve competing priorities.
- Identify gaps and friction in current planning processes and drive resolution end-to-end.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present confidently to senior executives and build alignment among stakeholders.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and drive consensus without direct authority.
