Responsibilities
- Serve as the field focal for AGS Spares Repair Products for a key customer.
- Act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for all Repair Product Offerings for the key customer.
- Develop and implement a plan for significant customer adoption of Repair Products globally.
- Understand the customer landscape and buying processes.
- Collaborate across division and field teams to ensure product performance meets customer expectations.
- Achieve all relevant KPIs and Financial targets associated with Repair Products.
- Manage Repair Product Adoption/Deployment.
- Work closely with Account Teams to implement the adoption of Repair Products globally.
- Demonstrate expertise in Applied Materials Repair Parts Products and processes.
- Possess fundamental knowledge of Semiconductor Industry Wafer FAB Equipment Manufacturing.
- Maintain critical awareness and understanding of the key customer's culture.
- Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices.
- Utilize MS Office proficiency.
- Apply analytical skills to review data, form conclusions, and drive actionable insights.
- Potentially lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
- Lead others to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought.
- Support products in alignment with strategic goals.
- Act as a product focal and subject matter expert for the organization.
- Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt different points of view internally and externally.

- MS Office proficiency
- Analytical skills required to review large data sets, form conclusions, drive actionable insights in support of Repair Product
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Leads others to solve complex problems; use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
- Supports product in alignment with strategic goals
- Product focal and subject matter expert for respective products, available to entire organization for product support as needed
- Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view both internally and externally at multiple levels
