About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our group homes, providing compassionate, person-centered support across various shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures clients receive high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment, empowering them to live independent and meaningful lives.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks, community participation, and skill development.
- Empower clients to make their own choices and pursue personal goals.
- Collaborate with a passionate, dedicated team to provide outstanding care.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment for all residents.
Requirements
- Available for a minimum of 4 weekdays, 20+ hours per week.
- Must be available for morning shifts (6:00am–10:00am).
- Hold a current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum).
- High level of physical functionality with some inherent requirements.
