About the Role
The Client Advisor-Key Holder at ETRO is responsible for daily floor supervision of the sales team, ensuring great client experiences and driving sales goals. This role involves providing real-time performance coaching to enhance the Etro Experience, promoting the corporate image, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position also collaborates in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the Store.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist, and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value client experiences.
- Partner with associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales goals.
- Lead a customer-facing and service-oriented team, providing coaching and feedback.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service.
- Drive partnership between sales associates, stock associates, and the operations team.
- Coach associates on successes and opportunities after client interactions.
- Partner with store management on Etro's training initiatives.
- Drive goal expectations throughout the store in partnership with store management.
- Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Process post-void transactions, authorize promotional discounts, and employee sales in the absence of store management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and Outlook skills.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to interact professionally.
- Ability to build positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive thinker who takes ownership and accountability.
- Proven ability to drive results.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Understanding of sales analytics and key performance indicators.
- Wide client network and proven sales record.
