About the Role
The Sales Lead acts as a role model and Floor Leader on Duty, providing direction to team members and focusing on achieving store sales goals while modeling Experience First® behaviors. When not acting as Floor Leader, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder.
Responsibilities
- Be a role model in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of sales goals.
- Model Experience First behaviors.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding performance and compliance issues.
- Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests, using Experience First Make Behaviors.
- Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for Guests, fostering positive interactions, and guaranteeing Guest satisfaction.
- Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines.
- Display strong team commitment, being dependable, engaged, and helpful.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift.
- Work environments include indoor/outdoor malls, strip centers, and other retail locations.
- Lift > 25 pounds.
