About the Role
The Program Manager will implement excellent programmatic services through coaching, facilitation of professional learning, and collaboration with school and district leaders. This role is essential for delivering programmatic goals, high-quality coaching, and sustained impact on teacher and student learning.
Responsibilities
- Engage in coaching cycles, including observations, modeling, co-teaching, data analysis, and feedback.
- Design and facilitate high-quality professional learning content and resources grounded in research-based instructional practices.
- Maintain strong partner relationships, support contract renewals, and contribute to business development.
- Support Teaching Lab systems, tools, and processes for scaling partnerships, monitoring impact, and ensuring effective implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) or more years combined experience working in K-12 education, with a minimum of two years experience teaching K-12 students from traditionally underserved backgrounds with demonstrated evidence of impact
- Two (2) or more years combined experience working with partners outside of their organization to manage workflow or deliver services
- Two (2) or more years of combined experience planning and implementing projects
- Two (2) or more years combined experience leading or coaching the implementation of HQIM (in any subject area)
- Deep knowledge and experience with College- and Career-Ready math or ELA content and practice standards
- Experience designing impactful professional learning for educators
- Experience facilitating impactful professional learning or coaching for educators
- Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in an education context
- Experience teaching or coaching at least one of the following curricula: Illustrative Math, Amplify Desmos Math
- Strong commitment to growth mindset for both adults and students
- Ability to design and deliver high-quality, evidence-based professional learning
- Compelling communication and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and tight timelines

- Teacher Coaching: Improving student outcomes by engaging in coaching inquiry cycles with teachers.
- Instructional Design: Designing and facilitating effective and engaging professional learning experiences that build educator capacity to support students with disabilities in math instruction.
- Instructional Expertise: Deep knowledge of K-12 math special education, including a strong understanding of specially designed instruction, IEP-aligned accommodations and modifications, inclusive practices, and high-quality instructional materials.
