About the Role
Makeready is seeking a creative and results-driven Area Marketing Manager to lead marketing, programming, partnerships, and communications for its Dallas and Houston properties. This role requires a skilled individual adept at implementing creative marketing practices focused on guest satisfaction, profitability, branding, and trends, serving as a key liaison between property leadership, agency partners, and internal marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement property-level marketing strategies aligned with annual business plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with F&B teams to create on-brand activations and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate PR efforts, digital updates, email marketing, and advertising needs with agency and internal teams.
- Lead local partnerships and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Participate in strategy and marketing calls, providing actionable insights and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hospitality marketing experience
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
