About the Role
We’re changing the way accounting firms work by bringing no-code AI automation to the heart of their operations. Our mission is to empower accountants to eliminate repetitive tasks and focus on what matters most—serving their clients. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with accounting and finance professionals to map out business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities
- Design, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform
- Translate end-to-end accounting workflows into automation logic
- Lead client onboarding, support training, and drive adoption of the platform
- Document best practices and develop user-friendly resources
- Provide actionable product feedback to our engineering team
- Stay current with developments in accounting, finance, and automation technology
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping)
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows, operations, and terminology
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process improvement–minded
- Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies (no coding required)
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player
- Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar no-code solutions
