About the Role
As a Runner at Hilton Austin's Austin Taco Project, you will be responsible for maintaining supplies for food and beverage service and delivering memorable experiences to guests.
Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish food and beverage items for hot and cold buffets.
- Monitor food quality to ensure it stays fresh and appealing.
- Transport items to and from the kitchen with efficiency.
- Keep the buffet area tidy and organized throughout service.
- Break down the buffet after service to clean and reset.
- Store food and dry goods according to food safety and storage standards.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant experience.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, family-friendly, high-volume environment.
