About the Role
Aspect is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their Northern Sydney team, making a genuine impact in the lives of Autistic children, young people, and adults. This is a varied, community-based role where you will manage your own caseload while being supported by a strong, collaborative clinical team. You will work directly with participants in their everyday environments to help them build practical skills, independence, and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy supports to 3 - 4 participants per day in community settings
- Develop practical, goal-focused intervention plans
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and support networks
- Build strategies that are strengths-based, functional, and meaningful
- Support participants to develop independence and everyday life skills
- Work both autonomously in the community and as part of a highly supportive team
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (state-based)
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
- International police check (if required)
