About the Role
ACS is seeking interns to work alongside engineers building precision robotic systems for defense applications. Interns will gain hands-on experience with real hardware and contribute to projects with direct impact on national security.
Responsibilities
- Work on electrical systems powering and connecting sensors, computers, and actuators on an autonomous weapon system.
- Engage in circuit design, wire harness and interconnect work, and embedded hardware bring-up.
- Contribute to power distribution and signal integrity for reliable field operation.
- Perform hands-on lab work using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and debugging real hardware.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Coursework or project experience in circuit design, embedded systems, or hardware integration.
- Comfortable in a lab environment with real test equipment.
- Eager to see work physically integrated into shipped hardware.
