About the Role
As a Maintenance Tech I, you will contribute to creating memorable vacations by ensuring the quality and functionality of guest units and buildings through your maintenance skills and customer service expertise.
Responsibilities
- Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure optimal quality and efficient production.
- Execute service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
- Conduct maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
- Apply basic knowledge to repair and replace general fixtures such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
- Maintain outside landscape by emptying trash, picking up litter, and performing general landscaping.
- Inspect and clean in-building systems, reporting any deficiencies to a supervisor.
- Adhere to the company's safety programs.
Requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
- Possess basic handyman skills.
