About the Role
As a part of helping property owners reduce their property taxes, you will work with government entities across the country, managing their unique rules, forms, and deadlines. You will be the backbone of the Operations team, ensuring organization, timely document filing, and process improvement for efficiency. Responsibilities
- Verify customer information and real estate property details.
- Execute data entry from government websites, including tax rates, property addresses, and owner information.
- File appropriate documents with tax assessment offices on tight schedules and coordinate with government counterparts.
- Learn to become proficient in real estate and the property tax system.
- Exhibit effective time management while proactively working with the Operations team to file property tax appeals on time.
- Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, efficiency, and value of operations.
Requirements
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience.
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer support role.
