About the Role
Servers at Punch Bowl Social are expected to have high culinary integrity, a passion for craft cocktails, and a flair for creating exclusive experiences. Training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside a team to create excellent guest experiences
- Act as a host and guide guests on how to enjoy Punch Bowl Social
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use Aloha POS for entering orders and processing payments
- Ensure guests have everything they need at their tables
- Assist guests in navigating the menu, with attention to allergens and craft beverage options
- Help keep the server station stocked
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old and over
- Value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
- Possess a positive attitude
- Be comfortable talking with strangers
- Understand the importance of teamwork
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
