About the Role
The Store Manager leads all facets of the business to achieve objectives, meet and exceed sales and KPI goals, and promote brand engagement. They are responsible for delivering an extraordinary client experience, ensuring operational integrity, and inspiring the team.
Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize store profitability by exceeding sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build client loyalty.
- Analyze store performance and implement business action plans.
- Manage stock levels and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop the store team.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews for the store team.
- Enforce operational policies, including loss prevention.

- Organize and execute events and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook).
- Proven ability to drive results and manage a team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
- Well-connected with strong engagement abilities.
- Passionate for retail sales with elevated clienteling skills.
