About the Role
BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their dynamic team in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas, delivering exceptional home health care services.
Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists.
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance their daily living skills.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to improve quality of life.
Requirements
- Current Texas state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Ability to provide care for pediatric and adult patients in the home setting.

Salary/Compensations
- Medicare SOCs/Recerts: $115.00 per completed 1 hour visit
- Non- Medicare SOCs/Recerts: $100.00 per completed 1 hour visit
- Treatments/DC: $70.00 per completed 1 hour visit
- $10,000.00 retention incentive offered
