About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Manager, Audio to scale Grow's audio program, including podcasts, streaming, and experimental audio placements. You will own the channel end-to-end, managing strategy, execution, partnerships, and optimization to drive efficiency and scale while building brand affinity.

Responsibilities

  • Own podcast/show pipeline management, including sourcing sponsorships, ad placements, and vendor partnerships.
  • Evaluate contextual alignment between shows and our target audience.
  • Build a pipeline of new shows to test against established partnerships and scale top-performing models.
  • Refine the channel activation model, balancing host-read vs. run-of-network placements and sponsorships/partnerships.
  • Own the audio channel roadmap, operationalizing a deliberate testing and scaling plan.
  • Manage vendor/partner relationships end-to-end.
  • Establish measurement methodology for channels without clean click-based attribution (promo codes, vanity URLs, incrementality/lift testing) and manage day-to-day performance.
  • Evaluate audio's halo effect on other channels as MMM infrastructure becomes available.
  • Partner with the creative team on audio creative direction.

Requirements

  • Ability to take full ownership of a channel and build testing frameworks and infrastructure from scratch.
  • 5-7+ years managing paid media budgets.
  • Direct audio/podcast buying experience.
  • In-house DTC or healthcare background is a plus.
  • Analytically self-sufficient, able to use data tools to evaluate performance and communicate progress.
  • Comfortable managing external vendor/agency relationships and negotiating.
  • Extremely organized and able to run a channel solo (player-coach) while building toward scale.
  • Strong point of view on measurement methodology in channels without clean attribution.
