About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting and developing residential plumbing technicians while ensuring weekend operations run smoothly. The role involves significant field time coaching technicians, conducting ride-alongs, driving performance, and maintaining the company's 5-star customer experience standard. We seek an individual who thrives on visibility, involvement, and accountability for team success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop residential plumbing technicians
- Provide in-field coaching through ride-alongs and site visits
- Track technician KPIs, revenue, performance, and customer experience
- Hold technicians accountable to company goals and expectations
- Partner with Dispatch to ensure optimal plumber-to-job assignments
- Support technicians with technical troubleshooting and customer escalations
- Reinforce ServiceTitan processes and operational standards
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, truck inventory, and customer service
- Conduct 1:1s, team meetings, and ongoing performance coaching
- Help build a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture
Requirements
- Strong background in residential service plumbing
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising plumbing technicians
- Strong understanding of KPIs, revenue, and technician performance
- Ability to coach both technical and customer-facing performance
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
- Plumbing license appropriate to the role; Journeyman or higher preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on, positive, and accountable leadership style
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Must be available to work Friday–Tuesday

- $80,000–$110,000 base salary
- 10% performance bonus
