About the Role
Filevine is seeking a senior partnerships leader to build and manage its legal AI ecosystem, technology integrations, channel relationships, and strategic AI alliances. This is a builder's role offering ownership of the entire partner landscape, from program design to deal negotiation and team building.
Responsibilities
- Build and own Filevine’s end-to-end ecosystem strategy, including channel and reseller, technology and ISV integrations, and strategic AI/cloud alliances, global system integrators and university partnerships.
- Develop, negotiate, and secure high-value integrations and alliances.
- Establish scalable channel, referral, and API/ISV partner programs, including certification, marketplace presence, and co-sell/co-marketing enablement.
- Set and defend pipeline and revenue targets tied to partner activity, and report on ecosystem health and ROI at the executive level.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrations are shipped, partner deals convert to pipeline, and contracts protect Filevine’s interests.
- Hire, mentor, and structure a team spanning channel management, alliances, and partner enablement as the partner ecosystem grows.
Requirements
- 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership.
- Experience personally negotiating and closing strategic technology or ecosystem deals and nurturing those relationships to be actively producing.
- Experience designing a partnerships function from an earlier stage of maturity.
- Comfort operating across both channel/reseller motions and complex strategic alliance negotiations.
- Strong track record communicating ecosystem strategy and results to a CRO, CEO, or board.
- Proven experience hiring, coaching, or leading a partnerships or business development team.
