About the Role

Zinda Law Group is building a bench of future business leaders by recruiting a small cohort of high-potential, early-career individuals for a broad rotational program. This program serves as a proving ground, offering diverse experiences across various business functions with opportunities for significant responsibility for top performers.

Responsibilities

Rotate across functions including marketing, People/HR, finance, operations, project management, events, SEO, and digital work based on business needs.
Undertake new business initiatives as Zinda creates or acquires new ventures, with a path to major responsibility for high performers.
Own projects end-to-end, utilizing AI tools by default for increased speed and improved work quality.
Serve as Cohort Lead on a rotating basis (every 1–2 weeks), managing daily execution checks, tracking commitments, identifying dropped work, and reporting status.
Perform necessary but potentially unglamorous tasks that are essential for team completion.

Requirements

Seeking individuals with exceptional potential and horsepower over extensive experience.
0–5 years of professional experience, including recent graduates or early-career professionals (2–5 years) from demanding environments like startups, consulting, finance, or technology.
Demonstrated achievement in something objectively difficult or unusual (academic, professional, entrepreneurial, or project-based).
Strong quantitative thinking skills combined with excellent writing and ideation abilities.
Exceptional written communication skills, which will be tested.
Natural and default use of AI for problem-solving.
Proven ability to take ownership and responsibility without constant supervision.
Ambition for increasing responsibility.
Flexibility to work across various functions, not just a single specialization.
Demonstrated work ethic, including willingness to perform low-status or tedious tasks when necessary.
Willingness to work in-office in Austin.
