About the Role
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at Circle of Care, you will provide essential in-home support to seniors, following personalized care plans. Your responsibilities will include hands-on personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and offering companionship. You will travel within your community to client homes and maintain regular communication with coordinators and supervisors for scheduling and support.
Responsibilities
- Support seniors living in their own homes by following care plans.
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Prepare meals for clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Travel between client homes within the community.
- Stay in regular contact with coordinators and supervisors for support and scheduling.
Requirements
- Ability to work at least one day every other weekend.
- Available at least 24 hours each week.
- Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
- Current immunization records.

- $3.00/hour Permanent Compensation Enhancement
- $0.60/hour premium for evening and weekend shifts
