About the Role
Founding AI Product Engineer to work directly with the founders on the company's next product. This role requires shipping quickly, gathering user feedback, and translating it into useful features. You will own significant parts of the backend API, dashboard, and developer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features across backend APIs, the dashboard, and the developer experience.
- Work directly with users to understand their problems and translate feedback into product decisions.
- Partner closely with the founders to shape and launch the company’s second major product.
- Use customer insight to prioritize practical features and improve the product after launch.
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and move them from idea to production.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of AI engineering experience.
- Ability to ship production software and communicate proactively with customers.
- Professional English fluency.
- Evidence of initiative in college through entrepreneurial projects, hackathons, or coding competitions.
- Comfort working with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, and LLM APIs in a product environment.
- Production experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Experience with infrastructure, developer tools, or LLM products.
- Experience building products in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
